We understand that plans change and you may need to amend / cancel your booking with us, we just ask that you try and give us as much notice as possible.
We will always try to re-schedule parties to another date, however if this isn't possible and the party has to be cancelled, you will forfeit the £50 non-refundable deposit. If cancellation is more than 7 days before the event and payment has been made in advance, the amount (minus the deposit) will be refunded back to the hirer.
If cancelled within less than 7 days of the party date, the hirer will also be responsibly for paying the remaining balance. Likewise if payment is recieved and the party is cancelled within less than 7 days, no refunds will be issued.
